This week's mini-lessons focused on the reading fluency. The kids have been working on rereading to make their voices smoother (we are trying to avoid robot reading!!) Another important lesson was on scooping up words in phrases so that the kids are reading a few words at a time. Work with your child on these skills at home, too.
